Biltong SLICED - 250g - ORIGINAL Flavour

Sliced Biltong is simply made by thinly slicing whole sticks of biltong. The sticks are made using carefully selected joints of silverside beef of the highest quality from our butcher. The meat is marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices that are carefully roasted and ground on our premises. The pieces are then left to marinade in order to absorb all the spices.
