Biltong BITES - 500g - ORIGINAL Flavour

Biltong Bites are made using carefully selected pieces of silverside and/or topside beef of the highest quality from our butcher. The joints are carefully cut into thin strips. The meat is then marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices that we carefully roast and ground on our premises. The pieces are then left to marinade in order to absorb all the spices. The meat strips are then slowly air dried to perfection. Our biltong bites come in two flavours: Original and Chilli.
